You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase from Nature’s Care Dispensary. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm you are at least 21. We may require additional age verification at delivery.

What we sell

Nature’s Care Dispensary sells federally compliant THCa hemp products. Per the 2018 Farm Bill, all products contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight. While these products are federally legal, they may be regulated differently in your state. You are responsible for knowing your state's laws.

Restricted states

We do not ship to Arkansas, Hawaii, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, or Vermont. Orders placed with shipping addresses in these states will be cancelled.

Account responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

Returns and refunds

See our Shipping & returns policy. Due to the nature of the products we sell, opened items cannot be returned.

Disclaimers

Our products have not been evaluated by the FDA. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a doctor before use, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or taking medication.

THCa converts to delta-9 THC when heated. Use at your own discretion. Do not operate heavy machinery. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nature’s Care Dispensary is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email if you're a registered customer. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
